This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided under the brand Samaroh360, operated by RSAL Sphere.
Samaroh360 follows a milestone-based payment structure (30% – 50% – 20%) and manages multiple third-party vendors on behalf of clients. Payments received are allocated towards planning, coordination, and vendor commitments.
Booking & Payments
- 30% Advance Payment is required to confirm the booking.
- 50% Second Milestone Payment is required before vendor confirmations and execution planning.
- 20% Final Payment is payable prior to event execution or as mutually agreed.
Cancellation by Client
- Before vendor confirmation:
Partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, and planning costs. - After vendor confirmation:
Advance payments become non-refundable, as vendors are blocked and commitments are made. - Within 7 days of the event date:
No refund shall be applicable.
Rescheduling
- One reschedule request may be considered, subject to:
- Vendor availability
- Date feasibility
- Additional costs, if applicable
- Rescheduling does not guarantee price protection.
Cancellation by Samaroh360
If Samaroh360 (RSAL Sphere) is unable to deliver services due to unforeseen internal reasons, a fair refund will be processed after deducting:
- Completed work
- Vendor commitments
- Non-recoverable expenses
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or emergencies.
